The joining process
If you want to join the Safe lending, z.s. association and become a part of a class action against the Atlantis Financiers you must use the following procedure:
- Sign up to this website.
- Send a message to @schizofrenetik using Telegram with the email you used for the registration. This step is required in order to link your Telegram identity with your newly created account. Without it you will not be able to proceed to the next step.
- Download, fill in and sign the Power of Attorney. The PDF version can be downloaded here. If you prefer you can use a Google Doc version instead.
- Read the Guide for filling in the Registration Form carefully.
- Fill in the Association Registration Form. Be careful while filling it, you can submit it only once. If you get “Invalid user ID” error during form submission please try disabling privacy add-ons in your browser (e.g. Privacy Badger, Ghostery, …) or try opening the form in different browser. If it doesn’t help please send all the form fields and the archive using email to this address: info@safelending.eu.
- Your submission will be checked. If there are no issues you will receive a Membership Agreement to fill in and sign.
- After signing the membership agreement you will be given instructions for paying the membership fee. You have two weeks to make the payment. As soon as it is received you will become a member of the Safe lending association. Most importantly you will become a part of the class action against Atlantis Financiers.
- After the last point there probably will not be much to do except to follow the news related the process. You are not obliged to follow them. If there will be anything requiring your action you will be contacted by email.
- Keep your fingers crossed that we will succeed :).
